SC Realtors MLS Statistics April 2013

The South Carolina Realtors statistics show that during the first quarter of 2013, sales of homes, condos and villas in the Bluffton Hilton Head Island area are up by 10.4% when compared to the first quarter of 2012.  Additionally, the median price for homes, condos and villas sold during the first quarter of 2013 are slightly up by 1.8% when compared to the first quarter of 2012.  With regards to the Average Days on Market (DOM) for the Bluffton Hilton Head Island area, the DOM is down by 7.5% for the first quarter of 2013 when compared to the first quarter of 2012.

For the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold in Beaufort, the first quarter of 2013 is up by 38.7% as compared to the first quarter of 2012.  The median price of homes,condos and villas sold during the first quarter of 2013 are slightly down by 4.1% as compared to the first quarter of 2012.  The DOM for the first quarter of 2013 is slightly up by 1.5% as compared to the first quarter of 2012.
