February 2016 Housing Supply Overview

Pending sales were up 17.0 percent overal for the 12-month period spanning March 2015 through February 2016. The price range, $300,001 and Above had the largest gain in sales with an increase of 39.7 percent. The Median Sales privce was $172,900, an increase of 8.7 percent. Inventory levels for February 2016 were down 6.8 percent based on the market wide inventory.
