February 2016 SC Realtors MLS Statistics

In February 2016, the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold remained even for the Hilton Head area when compared to February 2015. The Beaufort area increased by 2.3% from February 2015. The state total for the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased by 11.8%.

The median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold also remained even for the Hilton Head area, and the Beaufort area increased by 6.1% when compared to February 2015. The state total increased by 6.7% for the median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold.
