April 2016 Housing Supply Overview

 Pending sales were up 7.8 percent overall for the 12-month period spanning May 2015 through April 2016. The price range, $300,001 and above, had the largest gain in sales with an increase of 18.7 percent. The Median Sales price was $175,000, an increase of 6.7 percent. Inventory levels for April 2016 were down 6.8 percent based on the market wide inventory.
