April 2016 SC Realtors MLS Statistics

In April 2016, the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased for the Hilton Head Island area by 6 percent when compared to April 2015. The Beaufort area also increased by4.2% from April 2016. The state total for the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased by 2.9 percent.

The median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold also increased for the Hilton Head Island area by 6.3 percent, while the Beaufort area increased by 0.7 percent when compared to April 2015. The state total increased by 5.7% for the median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold.
