October 2016 Housing Supply Overview

Pending sales were up 5.6 percent overall for the 12-month period spanning November 2015 through October 2016. The price range, $200,001 to $300,000, had the largest gain in sales with an increase of 13.8 percent.

The Median Sales price was $179,900, an increase of 5.8 percent. Inventory levels for October 2016 were down -6.6 percent based on the market wide inventory.
