September 2016 Housing Supply Overview

Pending sales were up 5.4 percent overall for the 12-month period spanning October 2015 through September 2016. The price range, $200,001 to $300,000, had the largest gain in sales with an increase of 13.4 percent.

The Median Sales price was $179,900, an increase of 5.4 percent. Inventory levels for September 2016 were down 5.8 percent based on the market wide inventory.
