December 2016 SC Housing Supply Overview

Pending sales were up 5.3 percent overall for the 12-month period spanning January 2016 through December 2016. The price range, $200,001 to $300,000, had the largest gain in sales with an increase of 13.5 percent.

The Median Sales price was $180,000, an increase of 4.7 percent. Inventory levels for December 2016 were down -7.1 percent based on the market wide inventory.
